GUIDED HIKES WITH TANNAR YOCHUM
BATA welcomes Tannar Yochum to our team as expert trail guide for our monthly hikes. Many of you will recognize Tannar as the grandson of Debbie and Greg Stevens. He has been hiking and exploring trails in Brownsboro since he was a boy. Many of the current trails were marked and cleared by Tannar and his family. As a BATA volunteer, he has served in various capacities, including trail guide for students and staff from the West End School. Tannar lives in Brownsboro, where he stays busy farming and working with his grandparents. BEGINNING MARCH 2020.
MINDFUL HIKES WITH JENNY KELLER
Jenny Keller is a poet, seeker and artist. For a decade she has immersed herself in personal study of contemplative practices and ancient wisdom traditions. Most recently receiving training under Peter Buecker-Integrative Mind Body Medicine. She teaches Meditation at Drepung Gomang Center for Engaging Compassion. She lives and works on a horse farm in the rolling hills of Oldham County with her husband and their animal friends. BEGINNING APRIL 2020.
