Ready, Set, Run! Youth Running Program

Looking for a way to get your kids outside to enjoy the warmer weather? Ready, Set, Run! is a character-building running program that trains kids ages 8-13 to participate in a 5K (running 3.1 miles). Not only will kids enjoy the great outdoors, they will also gain valuable physical training and goal-setting practice. Held at Wendell Moore Park, the program begins the week of April 22nd and runs twice a week for 12 weeks. The cost of $60.00 covers the program and entry into the Firecracker 5K (July 13th, more details to come) and a shirt.
